Advertisements submitted via the website will not be subject to a proof copy and therefore the user must ensure that the copy is correct before submitting their advert for publication either on the website or in the magazines.

Advertisers must ensure that they have gained the correct permission for images to be used both on the website and within any publication of Redpin Publishing, this includes purchased photographs.

The right is reserved to withdraw advertisements that do not comply with the terms set out.

Deadline for insertion of advertisements to appear in the magazines 5th of the month preceding, after that date it is at the Publisher's discretion whether advertisements will appear in the magazine or be carried over to the following month's publication.

By advertising on this website the user agrees that the advert may appear within any publication of Redpin Publishing.

Payment

Advertisement orders placed via the site will require credit/card details at the time of order.

In the event of a credit card payment subsequently not being honoured by the credit card company or bank due to misuse by the cardholder (as defined by the by the credit card company or bank). That the card is used fraudulently or illegally and the cardholder was aware that the card may be have been lost or stolen and had not notified the credit card company or bank Redpin Publishing Ltd reserve the right:

to request immediate payment by cleared funds
have the goods returned in their original condition
take legal action to recover the monies or goods.

All Payments will be taken in GB Pound Sterling £
Payment will be deemed to have been made by the user when Redpin Publishing Ltd is in receipt of cleared funds in its bank account.

All rates and charges payable are subject to Value Added Tax payable at the rate applicable from time to time.

Unless otherwise set out in these terms, the user will not be entitled to any refund, credit, or similar from the time the relevant fee is paid to Redpin Publishing Ltd.
